UniGR Sport Event 2022
The University of the Greater Region organised the popular sports festival again this year.
Alistair Plum, our UniGR guest professor, who is currently completing his guest stay at Trier University, is organizing a workshop on artificial intelligence and its ability to take cultural context into account when analyzing queries (“Cultural Reasoning”).
On 26 October, around fifty people attended the UniGR-Science Slam at the “Theater im Viertel” in Saarbrücken for an evening that offered a fresh and entertaining way to explore scientific topics. Four researchers from the UniGR partner universities captivated the audience by bringing their research to life through original slam performances on stage.

For its sixth edition, the student short story competition “Écrire aux frontières” is now open to celebrate and encourage literary creativity within the UniGR student community.
