Am 4. und 5. Juli 2019 fand das Kolloquium „Grenzziehungen & Migrationen in den Literatur-, Kultur- und Rechtswissenschaften“ an der Universität des Saarlandes statt, das in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Centre Juridique Franco-Allemand (CJFA) im Rahmen der UniGR-Gastprofessur in Border Studies von Cécile Chamayou-Kuhn organisiert wurde.
Alistair Plum, our UniGR guest professor, who is currently completing his guest stay at Trier University, is organizing a workshop on artificial intelligence and its ability to take cultural context into account when analyzing queries (“Cultural Reasoning”).
On 26 October, around fifty people attended the UniGR-Science Slam at the “Theater im Viertel” in Saarbrücken for an evening that offered a fresh and entertaining way to explore scientific topics. Four researchers from the UniGR partner universities captivated the audience by bringing their research to life through original slam performances on stage.
