Die UniGR-geförderte Vortragsreihe Border Realities wird fortgesetzt! Bis Jahresende folgen weitere vier Vorträge - der nächste am 17. November 2020.

Die Verlegung des Wohnortes auf die andere Seite einer nationalen Grenze ist eine Form der grenzüberschreitenden Mobilität, die in jüngster Zeit in verschiedenen (europäischen) Grenzregionen an Bedeutung zugenommen hat.

  • Alistair Plum, our UniGR guest professor, who is currently completing his guest stay at Trier University, is organizing a workshop on artificial intelligence and its ability to take cultural context into account when analyzing queries (“Cultural Reasoning”).

  • On 26 October, around fifty people attended the UniGR-Science Slam at the “Theater im Viertel” in Saarbrücken for an evening that offered a fresh and entertaining way to explore scientific topics. Four researchers from the UniGR partner universities captivated the audience by bringing their research to life through original slam performances on stage.

  • Philipp Herzog, our UniGR guest professor, who is currently completing his guest professorship at the University of Liège, is organizing a workshop on Experience Sampling Methods.
