"ECHO" is back for the next round!

PhD students, postdocs, and early-career researchers – take note! After a successful launch in May, another edition of the UniGR event series "ECHO" will take place next spring, focusing on “Cognitive Neuroscience in the Greater Region.”
UniGR-Guest Professorship: Workshop on Artificial Intelligence

Alistair Plum, our UniGR guest professor, who is currently completing his guest stay at Trier University, is organizing a workshop on artificial intelligence and its ability to take cultural context into account when analyzing queries (“Cultural Reasoning”).
The UniGR-Science Slam was a great success!

On 26 October, around fifty people attended the UniGR-Science Slam at the “Theater im Viertel” in Saarbrücken for an evening that offered a fresh and entertaining way to explore scientific topics. Four researchers from the UniGR partner universities captivated the audience by bringing their research to life through original slam performances on stage.

New student competition « Écrire aux frontières »

In 2021, the Université de Lorraine, in collaboration with the University of the Greater Region (UniGR), established the literary prize "Frontières". For its sixth edition, the student short story competition “Écrire aux frontières” is now open to celebrate and encourage literary creativity within the UniGR student community.

Communiqué

Mis en place par le Centre de formation des enseignants et la Chaire de Didactique des sciences sociales de l'Université de Trèves, le certificat est ouvert à tous les étudiants en formation à l’enseignement inscrits à l’Université de Trèves, également dans le cadre du statut étudiant UniGR. Les participants apprennent à exploiter les opportunités offertes par la Grande Région autour de l'apprentissage de l’interculturel, de la politique européenne et du transfrontalier, et à préparer leurs futurs élèves à un mode de vie et de travail européen.
