Sous le titre « Réalités et visions de la mobilité transfrontalière dans l'éducation », le deuxième « Forum Grande Région » a eu lieu le 7 novembre 2018 dans la Maison de la Grande Région (Esch-sur-Alzette) sous le haut patronage de Madame Corinne Cahen, Présidente du Sommet de la Grande Région sous la présidence luxembourgeoise (2017-2018).
