Le troisième séminaire Border Studies du projet Interreg UniGR-Center for Border Studies a été organisé par l’Université de la Sarre le 23 et 24 mai 2019 à Sarrebruck. Une quarantaine de chercheur s des universités partenaires de l’UniGR étaient présents lors de cet événement qui avait pour thème les « régions transfrontalières apprenantes ».
