From 11 to 13 June 2026, the LOGOS 2026 conference brought together researchers and doctoral candidates from across the Greater Region at the University of Luxembourg.
LOGOS is the cross-border, multilingual doctoral school of the UniGR – University of the Greater Region. Each year, it brings together PhD researchers in the humanities and social sciences at a different location to explore a shared thematic focus.
(LOGOS universities: Université de Lorraine, University of Liège, University of Luxembourg, Saarland University, University of Mannheim, and Trier University)
This year’s edition was dedicated to the timely theme “(In)securities and Dynamics of Transformation.” Doctoral researchers presented their work and engaged in stimulating exchanges on their research projects.
The programme featured:
- masterclasses on interdisciplinarity and digital methods,
- plenary lectures on temporalities and European integration,
- thematic panels with doctoral presentations,
- a visit to the Maison Robert Schuman, and
- many opportunities to network, initiate new collaborations, and exchange ideas beyond the panel sessions.
The organisers in Luxembourg deserve warm thanks for the excellent organisation and the success of the event.
