Once you have chosen your university and study path, you need to submit your application to the service responsible for this. The procedures, the documentary evidence you have to provide and the deadlines vary from one university or course to another. It is therefore essential to find out the details from the university in question.
Applications
The application and enrolment procedures vary depending on your nationality or the country in which you have previously studied, and this equally applies to the Greater Region! Similarly the administrative routes are not the same from one university to another. More information can be attained from the links given in the right column.
Enrolment
Once your application has been accepted, you need to enrol. Once you have paid the enrolment fees, you will receive a student card enabling you to access the services provided by the university in question (library(ies), university restaurants, etc.) and take the exams associated with your course.
N.B. The rights accorded to you as a student card holder vary from one university to another, even where cross-border courses are concerned. Nevertheless one of the aims of the project is to enable any student from a „University of the Greater Region“ university to have access to the same rights and services that other students at any other partner university are normally entitled to.
Re-enrolment
It should be noted that enrolement is only valid for a limited period, lasting between one semester and one year, depending on the university. You should therefore be aware of the periods of time involved in this compulsory administrative procedure as well as the associated fees.
