Exciting fields of activity in an exciting environment

This what you can find in the Greater Region in the very heart of Europe. It covers an area of 65,401 km2 and is therefore of a size comparable to Benelux.
The Greater Region has 11.3 million inhabitants; 200,000 people cross the borders every day.

The mixture of German, French, Luxembourgian and Wallonian cultures and lifestyles gives the Greater Region its unique atmosphere and makes European diversity come alive.

Luxembourg, Metz, Nancy, Liège, Saarbrücken, Kaiserslautern and Trier offer interesting jobs in an international environment.
The cultural richness of the Greater Region can also be seen in numerous UNESCO World Heritage Sites, such as the „Völklinger Hütte“ in Saarland and Luxembourg's old town.

Many long-distance hiking routes and the „Velo-Route SaarLorLux“ invite you to experience the untouched, green environment across the borders found in the Greater Region.
