There is a Connection Semesterticket to the former Westpfalz-Verkehrsverbund (now part of the VRN). The ticket has the same validity period as the semester ticket for all buses and commuter trains in West Palatinate (e.g. from the Saarland border to Kaiserslautern, Pirmasens, Kirchheimbolanden).
