UniGR Mobility Funds

Travelling between the partner universities does not have to be expensive: At most of the UniGR universities, mobility funds have been set up to reimburse travel costs for students.

The universities of Liège, Lorraine, Luxembourg and Saarland have created mobility funds to reduce the financial burden for mobile students. Undergraduate students, graduate students and (with the exception of Luxembourg) doctoral students are eligible to apply for the mobility fund reimbursement.
The mobility funds support stays for academic and scientific purposes at the partner universities, for instance the attendance of courses, classes or participation in conferences.
Students who already receive financial aid from another source for their stay(s) at a UniGR university cannot apply for reimbursement.

The creation of the mobility funds was initiated by the UniGR Student Advisory Board.

Applications for reimbursement should be submitted at the home university according to its specific rules and procedures.

Due to legal reasons, establishing funds at the universities of Kaiserslautern and Trier is not possible at the moment.
