Organisational structure

A structured governance of the project was put in place since its official kick-off in April 2009.

This structure relies on the combination of a top-down and bottom-up approach in order to connect the general strategy decided by the UniGR council and the field dynamics for which the pilot activities and operational level are standing.

A Steering group is coordinated the activities of the project and represents the interface between political and operational levels.

A Student advisory board helps to integrate the students point of view into the project.

The organisational structure of the project can be downloaded as a pdf document in French or German only.
